Natalie’s communication was impeccable, and she answered all of our questions with patience and understanding. She kept us laughing through very high-stress times, and her calm and composed attitude helped make everyone feel at ease.

More than anything, Natalie moved mountains to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. When potential buyers wanted to schedule an inspection while we were at work and didn’t have anywhere to take our dog, Natalie even arranged for her colleague to take our dog for a walk! I had the opportunity to buy my first home with Natalie and the Compass Home Team and would 100% recommend them. Their team does an amazing job at making the process stress-free and enjoyable by being available to answers all questions (which I had a lot of) and giving you the confidence that you need. Natalie is an amazing person to work with because she understands the process and what you’re going through and does her best to help in every way possible. Being a first-time homebuyer the whole process of buying a house was extremely overwhelming but Natalie and her team did such a great job at supporting, educating, and alleviating stress. I can confidently say that I went into this to find a house, but she found me my home.

Natalie recently helped sell our condo in Cloverdale (Bose Farms). It was easily the best and smoothest experience we've ever had dealing with a realtor. She was beyond prepared and walked us through each step with ease. She documented each part of the process in excellent detail, so we rarely had a follow up question because everything was so well explained. Natalie was recommended to us by a friend who had recently purchased a house through her. She was a stranger to us the first time we met with her but quickly turned into a friend! My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn’t really know anything about buying a house. Natalie not only answered all of our questions, but explained everything in a way we could understand. She answered our emails so fast, (even when she was on vacation at one point and I had said please answer when you get home!!) Natalie exceeded any expectations I had about using a realtor, and I can’t imagine using anyone else for our future needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Natalie is an exceptional person all around. I am so happy that she was recommended by a friend because she exceeded all of our expectations. I didn’t think that we would have such a good relationship with our realtor. She listened, she was attentive to our needs, and she always made time for us. I really don't know where to begin. Natalie and her team were awesome. She listed my house on Monday and we had accepted an offer, well over asking (of the 10 offers she brought me), on Thursday and the subjects were removed the following Monday. So very helpful and encouraging every step of the process too and I found it very easy to put my trust in her and follow her advice. She is great at her job for sure, but it is the little things that she did that really impressed me. She had a thank you letter for me to sign for all the offers that we did not accept, she brought treats to my dog because she had just had surgery, she brought moving boxes over and just a whole a bunch of little things that she didn't have to do. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone selling or buying a home.

I found Natalie through sheer luck, and boy did I luck out! Natalie was so helpful in the purchase of my first home, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing but she was there to guide me every step of the way! My home search ended up being a unique rollercoaster like no other, but Natalie was on the ball with consistent communication and making sure everything was organized so I never had to worry at all!

I’m pretty sure Natalie is also a mind reader and could just sense what my dream home was supposed to look like because she found me the perfect place! Natalie did a tremendous job in selling our home. She went above and beyond by providing superior support and service. Natalie kept us informed continually through the listing and sale process. It was a challenge selling our home during these difficult times, however Natalie was able to provide special care and attention in getting the visibility of our listing front and center to potential purchasers. She also provided additional support to help deal with price negotiations and removing all potential roadblocks during the sale. 10/10!!!!! My wife and I were first time sellers and second time buyers when we reached out to Natalie to be our realtor. From the first meeting we knew she would have nothing but our best interests in mind and it was clear that she works incredibly hard to be an amazing agent. She personally supplied us with boxes and hired a cleaner to help prepare our property for staging and showings. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly answered or resolved by Natalie, who seems to always be available no matter the time of day! She showed she wasn’t afraid of a challenge by taking on extremely tight closing dates to facilitate both our sale and purchase of new home. My fiancé and I just purchased our first home with Natalie’s help, and I could not be more thankful for her. Throughout the whole process she showed such genuine care and did everything she could to support and empower us to make the right decision. If you are looking for a realtor, I encourage you to stop and read this!

We used Natalie Boyd for the first time this year (2020) to list our house. (We are in no way affiliated with her). She came highly recommend to us. I thought listing our house would be a stressful time, especially with a 3 & 4 year old and two dogs, oh and during a national pandemic! Let me start by saying this whole process has been so simple and STRESS FREE! Natalie and her partner came over to tour our home. They were respectful wore gloves & mask and we sat down and I gave her a price I was happy to “walk away” with. A couple days later she came back with a price that I thought was generous! Long story short she got us over asking and with in a few weeks! Natalie also went the extra mile and hired a “stager” who came in and put some finally touches on our home. It looked like something out of a magazine. Natalie was available 24/7 to us, and answered all my questions. We are schedule to move in the late fall and Natalie has already arrange a cleaning company to come that day, to tide up our house for then owners. Honestly what an amazing service, I don’t have to stress about anything and that is huge! She also came by with a gift for my husband and I, after selling that also includes moving boxes.

Natalie and her team also give back to their clients! Ever season it seems like they host an event and all their clients attend! Alder acres pumpkin patch, easer egg hunts, the list goes on! She even stopped but during our Covid isolation time and dropped my kids off chalk and colouring books!

I would highly recommend Natalie Boyd and her team. Natalie is professional, trustworthy and she knows her real estate! She is great at negotiating contracts and got us a great deal! This whole experience has been enjoyable!

Natalie really exceeded our expectations with excellent service before, during and after the purchase of our first home! She was on top of every single detail and made this new and scary process for us a fun and smooth one. She went above and beyond her role as our realtor helping us every step of the way, even with things that she wasn't responsible for. We were also very pleased with the people she suggested when we asked for related services such as lawyers, brokers, inspectors, etc. I was honestly a bit sad when we were done buying our house as it was always a pleasure to see her. Fortunately, she stays in touch and I love all the community events she organizes. We have been in our house for a few months now and we are so happy with our new home. Thanks, Nat.
